About Us

Country Inspirations by Rosene is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Rosene and Jeremy.  Rosene sews all the fabric crafts, while Jeremy paints the signs and helps with the brainstorming and marketing.  Rosene is a stay at home mom, who does the crafts in her spare time.  Jeremy is a landscaper who helps with the crafts during the slow season.  

We both grew up in scenic Lancaster County, PA.  After getting married, we moved to southern Berks County, and live in a little house in the woods.  We do everything by twos right now: two cats, two dogs, and most importantly two children.  All of our products are made in our home.

Lancaster County, and to a lesser extent Berks and Chester Counties, are well known for the conservative Amish and Mennonite groups.  A brief history of both of these groups can be seen at http://www.800padutch.com/amishhistory.shtml.  The Amish and Mennonites are primarily known for their faith and belief in separation from the world.  However, they are also well known for working with their hands and quality craftsmanship.  Many tourists visit Lancaster and Berks County to see the how the Amish and Mennonites live, as well as to purchase their handcrafted products.
